Institutional competency

Since 2007, HELP has been working different development sectors. The organization has experience to work in public private partnership approach having good reputation. The organization has experiences to implement some assignment funded by ADB and LGED towards infrastructural development; rural development; poverty reduction; increase agriculture production, productivity and sustainability; promote fish culture and increase production; environmental sustainability; promote gender equality and women empowerment; community empowerment. HELP working experience with Ministry of Women and Children Affairs in the field of child protection and skill development.  HELP has experiences to work in participatory approach with different level of stakeholders including donor, community, and beneficiaries. The organization has practical experiences on community mobilization, community based group formation and their capacity development, support provided for the institutionalization of the community based group; develop community based leader and capacity development, community based plan development for the sustainability of the activities etc.

 

HELP has competency on management, administration, coordination, communication, liaison and networking. The organization has networking, communication and good relationship with different types of expert professionals. The organization is highly competent to implement the large project having good record to timely completion with standard quality including management of human resources, project grants, financial management, logistics and other administrative issues. HELP has good experiences to resource mobilization and provides logistics support as required.  HELP has excellent management competency and capacity to work under pressure. The organization has practical knowledge and understanding on institutional capacity development, organizational management, strategic planning & management.

 

HELP has good governing system. The organization governed by established operation manual that helps the organization to smooth operation of the organization, service management, program management and human resource management and development. The organization has set gender policy towards promote gender rights and equality within the organization.
