Management Structure

HELP is operated as per the approved constitutions of the Organization. It owns three types of organizational structure:

1. General Body: The general body of Health and Education for the Local under Privilege People is consisted of the representatives of the grass root level beneficiaries. The total number of members in the General Body is 21. At least one General Meeting is held annually. General Body by exercising their franchise elects seven members Executive Committee. Both bodies are formed for a period of two years.

2. Executive Committee: The Executive Committee is formed by the members of the General Body through direct election for a period of two years. EC consisted of seven members and meets regularly once a month or more on a need base. The composition of the Executive committee is mentioned below:

3. General Administration: The Chairman of the Executive Committee is the executive head of the organizational set up. In the matters relating to Administration, Finance and Development of the organization, he is assisted by other members of the E.C. To look over the financial matter, there is an Internal Audit Team headed by the Treasurer of the Executive Body. The team is responsible to the Chairman.
