Technical Competence

HELP has sufficient experiences to implement constructional intervention. HELP has highly qualified, experienced and committed staff for implementing the assignment/project through   ensuring actual standard and quality. Presently HELP has been implementing an assignment “Consulting Services for Providing Services of Agriculture/Fisheries/O&M and General Facilitators (Package No. NGO # 06/2010-2011) under Participatory Small Scale Water Resources Sector Project (PSSWRSP) in a JV approach with ETDA. 

Help completed PRA of Small Scale Water Resources Development Sector Project (SSWRDSP)-LGED-JICA in a JV approach with ETDA.  Aiming to reduce poverty and improvement of livelihood of the poor, landless, marginal and destitute groups through increasing agricultural and fisheries production, LGED like to implement Small Scale Water Resources Sector Development Project (SSWRSDP). Japan International Cooperative Association (JICA) provided funding support as loan to the Bangladesh government for implementing the Project. The project effort will continue towards capacity building of the targeted beneficiaries/stakeholders in the Agriculture, Fisheries and O&M issues. The subproject has been selected considering the technical and economical impact. The subproject implemented following the strategic guideline and approach of Participatory Small Scale Water Resources Sector Project. The project has given emphasis and focus to provide assistance to the beneficiaries/stakeholders for providing services in the Agriculture, Fisheries and O&M sectors. 

HELP has remarkable experiences to implement awareness, advocacy and training program. The organization has developed number of training module/curriculum, training materials and promotional material. The organization has significant experiences to conduct research/study on various fields like; baseline survey, PRA, training need assessment, project monitoring and evaluation.
